I’ve started a primitive FAQ. More detail will be added as and when it becomes available.

Q. So – when is DJ Hero going to be released?

A. The latest word on the street (i.e. Internet rumours) is October 2009. Or possibly July. Update – looks like October 27th 2009!

Q. What will it come bundled with?

A. We expect it will come with a turntable controller, similar to the old Konami classic Beatmania (which somehow I’ve got three turntables for gathering dust in a cupboard).

Q. Hey – I’m left handed. The mixing desk looks unusable in the DJ Hero Pictures! What gives?

Fret not. You can swap the controls to suit your gammy hands!

Q. What systems will DJ Hero be released on?

PS2, PS3, Wii and Xbox 360 and the Mattel Intellivision. Possibly.

Q. It wont suck, will it?

A. It better not. Or fists will be thrown!

    The Turntable has hidden ports on the opposite side so you can use the turntable Left handed.

    You simply remove the cover and put it over the right handed ports, then connect the left handed side back up to the turntable itself (As it has 2 bits that come apart, like a guitar hero guitar)

    Hi Jonny, you can use the Band Hero / Guitar Hero Guitar controller with DJ Hero on a select few songs, however, they do not currently interact any more than that. If you are interested in Band Hero, check out our sister website: http://www.bandhero.org.uk – Thanks for the question Jonny

    We would go for the Xbox everyday of the week. Purely for the better online gaming options and the better graphics!
